Trading Risk Disclosure

Version 1 · Effective 2026-07-13

This is not financial advice

Pro-nio is an execution tool. It runs the strategy you configure — it does not tell you what to trade, when to trade, or how much to risk. No template, default value, backtest result, or example shown in the product is a recommendation or a prediction of future results.

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether a strategy is suitable for you. If you are unsure, seek independent, licensed advice before trading.

Risk of loss

Cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile and can result in the rapid and total loss of the funds you commit. Automated strategies such as DCA and Grid do not prevent losses and can increase your exposure as a market moves against you.

Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. Past performance and backtests do not guarantee future results.

API key permissions

The Service acts on your exchange account using the API key you connect. Any order it places is real and executes against your live balance. You control the permissions of that key on the exchange.

Grant only the permissions the Service needs — reading balances and placing or cancelling orders — and never enable withdrawal permission. A key with excessive permissions increases the impact of any mistake, misconfiguration, or compromise.

Exchange outages and connectivity

Pro-nio depends on the exchange's systems and on network connectivity. Exchange downtime, maintenance, rate limiting, API changes, delayed or missing market data, and connectivity failures can prevent orders from being placed, modified, or cancelled when you expect.

During such events your positions may move without your bot being able to act, and outcomes may differ materially from what a strategy assumes.

Bot failure scenarios

Automated software can fail. Bugs, misconfiguration, restarts, deployment issues, unexpected market conditions, or edge cases in a strategy can cause a bot to place unintended orders, miss an intended order, or stop acting entirely.

You should monitor your bots and your exchange account, and be prepared to intervene manually — including cancelling orders and closing positions directly on the exchange — if a bot behaves unexpectedly.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for every order placed under your account, for the configuration of your bots, for the funds you commit, and for the tax and legal consequences of your trading in your jurisdiction.

By enabling REAL trading you accept these risks and confirm that you understand you may lose money. If you do not accept these risks, do not run REAL bots.
