Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Pro-nio platform, including the website, dashboard, and automated trading engine (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account and do not use the Service.

Pro-nio lets you connect a supported cryptocurrency exchange account and run automated trading strategies, such as Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) and Grid bots, against that exchange on your behalf.

The Service places, cancels, and manages orders on the exchange using the API credentials you provide. It does not custody your funds, and it does not hold, transfer, or withdraw your assets. Your funds remain on the exchange at all times.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency where you live. You are responsible for confirming that automated trading is lawful for you before you use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You connect the Service to your exchange by supplying an API key. You are responsible for scoping that key correctly on the exchange — the Service only needs permission to read balances and place or cancel spot and futures orders. You should never grant withdrawal permission.

Your API secret is encrypted at rest and is never displayed back to you or sent to your browser after you save it. You may revoke a connected key at any time from your exchange and from your Pro-nio settings.

You agree not to use the Service to break any law, to manipulate markets, to interfere with or overload the exchanges we connect to, or to circumvent an exchange's rate limits or terms.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, to other users' data, or to the underlying infrastructure, and not to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.

Pro-nio is a tool that executes the strategy configuration you choose. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and no strategy template, default, or example is a recommendation to trade.

Access to paid features is provided on a subscription basis. Applicable fees, billing periods, and payment terms are shown at the point of purchase. You are separately responsible for any trading fees the exchange charges on the orders your bots place.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any strategy will be profitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro-nio is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, exchange outages, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop your bots and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the integrity and security of the platform.

On account closure your personal profile is anonymized and connected exchange keys are revoked, while financial records may be retained where required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will publish a new version and record a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Where a change materially affects your rights, we may ask you to re-accept before you continue using affected features.
